First Day of Spring, and Daily Rewards

Howdy farmers, welcome to the Bumpkin’s Almanac, your daily digest for the #1 Web3 farming game, Sunflower Land. This issue is for Monday, March 10th, 2025.

Tomorrow is a Double Delivery Day, so hold off on delivering anything until tomorrow unless you’re completely out of Coins or something. Or, you could try your luck at the Daily Chest!

Current documentation states that you need to be at least Bumpkin Level 6 in order to open the Daily Chest. You also need a Web3 wallet compatible with the Polygon network as of today, but again with the FLOWER migration this will probably change.

The chest will be outside your house if you have it available. Every day it will have an exclamation mark above it, letting you know when it can be used. You can open it once per in-game day, which resets at 12:00 UTC. Depending on when this is in your time zone, you could open it twice in five minutes if you want to!

Follow the instructions for the wallet that you want to use, it’s very straightforward. The current fee for opening the chest is, on average, about 0.0008 POL, which is barely a fraction of a penny. At reporting time, 1 POL is about 25 cents USD, which will last you a very long time. Once you complete the transaction, it’s time to spin the wheel!

You can see your possible rewards and the chances for them at, again, SFL.world. The number of lands refers to your number of expansions. If you’ve expanded your land four times, you have five lands, and so on. It’s important to note that the rewards are random each day, so you have a chance of getting anything in the tier you’re currently in.

You’ll also start building your daily streak. The game keeps track of how many days in a row you open the chest, and for every 5th day (5, 10, 15, etc) you get three times whatever reward you roll. That could potentially give you a big advantage! Don’t worry if you miss a day, unless you’re trying to go for the special 365 Day Streak reward…

That’s all for today! Subscribe via email or RSS to make sure you never miss an issue. Be well, do good work, and farm on.
